We are so pleased with the outcome of having our shower floor raised. **** went above and beyond. He was always prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He answered any questions we had and made suggestions.We highly recommend **** and Floor Medix.

Fred was here as and did a wonderful job replacing a plastic shower pan on our manufactured home. He removed the pan, prepped the floor surface, and put in a real tile floor!! What a difference it made!! He explained the entire process for us, started on Monday, and was done by Friday. He was very clean, cutting all the tile outside, mixing all his grout outside and replaced all the pieces he had to remove to do the job. What a pleasure it was doing business with this company!

The best in the business!! I found this company while driving next to one of their vehicles. I am so glad I did!! My home is almost 2 years old and my shower floor was giving me issues from a previous company who laid the floor wrong. Fred and Garland came in and corrected issues and laid a beautiful new shower floor. These guys DO NOT take short cuts. They are both perfectionist and do an outstanding job. Every time he told me he would show up, he DID! On time and always kept his word. I highly recommend Fred and his team! I ended up having Fred rip out my guest bathroom floor as well after unveiling the issues in my primary bathroom shower floor. I wanted him to correct everything and move on from the mess the first company caused. Lastly, his pricing is extremely fare. I would recommend Floor Medix again and again!

Floor Medix did such an amazing job. Fred took the time to come out, understand the issue and spent time fixing the issue. He did not try to push me into more expensive work or make it sound worse than what it was. He took the time to make sure the job was done right and with a very fair price. Fred / Floor Medix repaired a deep damaged hole in our porcelain floor tile. We had to look at this when we bought our home in 2019…..No More!….It was a difficult repair. Fred stayed at it until he was satisfied that the repair was done correctly. I have attached before and after photos of the repair……Fred made the damage tile disappear! Thank you Fred

Fantastic response and very professional. Made telephone call on January 1 and they came right out to survey damage. Scheduled return visit to correct issue both original manufacturer and installer denied any responsibility for. Very reasonably priced for service. They also provide many other services. Will definitely use them in the future. Definitely a no game company. I can't brag enough about their professionalism.

Floor Medix did a great job repairing my tile floor. They found the floor was improperly laid down. And repaired 27 tiles that were lifting up. Fred set the schedule, showed up on time and completed work as stated. It is a family business, works with his wife did a great job coordinating the project.

Contacted Fred concerning a crack in our tile that ran across our living room. These tiles were replaced at least four times. Based on his experience and knowledge, he came up with a plan. Floor Medix was one of the most pleasant surprises for us on a newly constructed home.What a great experience when you have a company and their staff that work with such care and detail to their craft. Polite, personal and depth of knowledge as they installed our back splash tile and addressed issue with our outside lanai/pool area marble tile which they constantly kept an I on and did humidity testing before sealing to insure I would not have underlying issues. Fred even insisted on coming back to reseal one more time at no additional charge. Old school quality of workmanship. He is very patience and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. Communication and doing what was promised, when it was promised. So glad I found Floor Medix!
