Fred / Floor Medix repaired a deep damaged hole in our porcelain floor tile. We had to look at this when we bought our home in 2019…..No More!….It was a difficult repair. Floor Medix did a great job repairing my tile floor. They found the floor was improperly laid down. And repaired 27 tiles that were lifting up. Fred set the schedule, showed up on time and completed work as stated. It is a family business, works with his wife did a great job coordinating the project.

Fred was here as and did a wonderful job replacing a plastic shower pan on our manufactured home. He removed the pan, prepped the floor surface, and put in a real tile floor!! What a difference it made!! He explained the entire process for us, started on Monday, and was done by Friday. He was very clean, cutting all the tile outside, mixing all his grout outside and replaced all the pieces he had to remove to do the job. What a pleasure it was doing business with this company!

The best in the business!! I found this company while driving next to one of their vehicles. I am so glad I did!! My home is almost 2 years old and my shower floor was giving me issues from a previous company who laid the floor wrong. Fred and Garland came in and corrected issues and laid a beautiful new shower floor. These guys DO NOT take short cuts. They are both perfectionist and do an outstanding job. Every time he told me he would show up, he DID! On time and always kept his word. I highly recommend Fred and his team! I ended up having Fred rip out my guest bathroom floor as well after unveiling the issues in my primary bathroom shower floor. Did a super job repairing our grout in our shower. The repaired grout on the floor looks like it always should have. We are super happy and did it quickly. If you need tile shower repaired or replaced give them a call, you will be happy you did.

Fred the owner did a fantastic job on master bathroom tile shower. He also did some work in my guest bathroom tile shower as well as certain areas of my tile floor that needed TLC. He did an excellent job on everything he did for me. He is very friendly & came when he said he would. I will hire him again, if I have any other tile issues.

Fantastic response and very professional. Made telephone call on January 1 and they came right out to survey damage. Scheduled return visit to correct issue both original manufacturer and installer denied any responsibility for. Very reasonably priced for service. They also provide many other services. Will definitely use them in the future. Definitely a no game company. I can't brag enough about their professionalism.

This is the second time that I've used Foor Medix for tile repairs . I'm very pleased with the workmanship and the price. It's nice to have a fair, local contractor that'll do small jobs . I'll use him again!
