We had a great experience with Floor Medix and the owner, **** *****. He replaced my mothers cracked tile floors with LVP/wood flooring, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.**** was responsive, honest, and easy to work with. Hes a straight shooter who clearly explained everything, including the reasons behind any change orders, which we really appreciated. His pricing was fair and provided great value for the quality of work completed. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and dependable throughout the project. The new floors look fantastic, and were very happy with the results. We were so pleased with the experience that we will definitely be contracting more work with him in the near future. Highly recommend Floor Medix to anyone looking for quality flooring work and honest service.

Floor Medix removed shower tiles so plumbing work could be done and then reinstalled them. They were quick, courteous, and pricing was more than fair. We wouldn't call anyone else for tile work. Thank you!

Great job on the tile repair. I appreciate your attention to detail.

I cannot recommend Floor Medix enough!!! Fred’s workmanship is the best around. He worked with me to help my vision come to life and I couldn’t have been more pleased. If anyone is in need of floors or backsplash or anything in between Fred is the guy to do it!!

Contacted Fred concerning a crack in our tile that ran across our living room. These tiles were replaced at least four times. Based on his experience and knowledge, he came up with a plan. He was extremely professional and meticulous during the entire project. We were very pleased with the final outcome .....can't even tell that the tiles were repaired. He will definitely be our go to for any future projects. Thanks for the outstanding work, Fred.

Great work and easy to work with just call and get a quote and he will beat the competition out.

Thanks for the tile repair Floor Medix. Super impressed.

Wonderful company offering great service. The owner actually worked over a holiday weekend to complete our project on time. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

Loved my experience with Fred and his company! Hired him back to renovate our guest shower! Can’t wait for our backsplash project! He is honest and trustworthy with exceptional skill!

Floor Medix did such an amazing job. Fred took the time to come out, understand the issue and spent time fixing the issue. He did not try to push me into more expensive work or make it sound worse than what it was. He took the time to make sure the job was done right and with a very fair price. I would recommend Floor Medix to anyone who needs professional foot or tile work done. Thank you again Fred!

Did a super job repairing our grout in our shower. The repaired grout on the floor looks like it always should have. We are super happy and did it quickly. If you need tile shower repaired or replaced give them a call, you will be happy you did.

Floor Medix was one of the most pleasant surprises for us on a newly constructed home. What a great experience when you have a company and their staff that work with such care and detail to their craft. Polite, personal and depth of knowledge as they installed our back splash tile and addressed issue with our outside lanai/pool area marble tile which they constantly kept an I on and did humidity testing before sealing to insure I would not have underlying issues. Fred even insisted on coming back to reseal one more time at no additional charge. Old school quality of workmanship. He is very patience and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. Communication and doing what was promised, when it was promised. So glad I found Floor Medix!

I finally got around to replacing flooring from Ian damage. I chose Floor Medix for the job and wasn’t disappointed. After the first day of work I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean job site. They were very professional, prompt and did a great job. I highly recommend Floor Medix for a flooring job.

Fantastic response and very professional. Made telephone call on January 1 and they came right out to survey damage. Scheduled return visit to correct issue both original manufacturer and installer denied any responsibility for. Very reasonably priced for service. They also provide many other services. Will definitely use them in the future. Definitely a no game company. I can't brag enough about their professionalism.

The best in the business!! I found this company while driving next to one of their vehicles. I am so glad I did!! My home is almost 2 years old and my shower floor was giving me issues from a previous company who laid the floor wrong. Fred and Garland came in and corrected issues and laid a beautiful new shower floor. These guys DO NOT take short cuts. They are both perfectionist and do an outstanding job. Every time he told me he would show up, he DID! On time and always kept his word. I highly recommend Fred and his team! I ended up having Fred rip out my guest bathroom floor as well after unveiling the issues in my primary bathroom shower floor. I wanted him to correct everything and move on from the mess the first company caused. Lastly, his pricing is extremely fare. I would recommend Floor Medix again and again!

We had our whole pool deck replaced because the original tile work was failing. Fred and his crew did a fabulous job. He stays in contact all through the job so you always know what is going on and when. He's very thorough and checks every detail. It turned out better than we had imagined. Highly recommended.

Excellent work and pricing! Highly recommend. Selling our house and needed quick and good work. Thank you

This is the second time that I've used Foor Medix for tile repairs . I'm very pleased with the workmanship and the price. It's nice to have a fair, local contractor that'll do small jobs . I'll use him again!

Fred the owner did a fantastic job on master bathroom tile shower. He also did some work in my guest bathroom tile shower as well as certain areas of my tile floor that needed TLC. He did an excellent job on everything he did for me. He is very friendly & came when he said he would. I will hire him again, if I have any other tile issues.

Fred was here as and did a wonderful job replacing a plastic shower pan on our manufactured home. He removed the pan, prepped the floor surface, and put in a real tile floor!! What a difference it made!! He explained the entire process for us, started on Monday, and was done by Friday. He was very clean, cutting all the tile outside, mixing all his grout outside and replaced all the pieces he had to remove to do the job. What a pleasure it was doing business with this company!

Fred and Garland were outstanding. They worked magic to ensure our shower tile floor was perfect in every way. They went above and beyond…we absolutely recommend Floor Medix!
